Cuban Missile Crisis:

Scenario

"I fear that the world may be at the brink of a nuclear catastrophe - the type of catastrophe that will mark the end of the world as we know it." --You, one of the only people in the world who counts himself among the friends of both President John F. Kennedy and Soviet Premier Nikita Krushchev, must try your best to resolve this crisis over the presence of Soviet nuclear weapons in Cuba.

Students learn that they are the only people on Earth considered "close friends" by both Nikita Khrushchev and John F. Kennedy. As such, they have a responsibility to promote world peace, by helping each leader understand the other's perspective.
